'Paperclip' Changes (v611)

DESCRIPTION

A few changes can be made very easily to Rx6x receivers using a simple wire link such as a paperclip.

The procedure makes the feature increment or 'toggle' each time you perform it.
The result of the change can be confirmed with the led behaviour.
The receiver has to be switched off after the change to use normally.

HARD RESET

1. Connect P1 and P2 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker once a second after restoring factory defaults.
You may need to Bind again to control the receiver.

SELECTA

1. Connect P1 and P3 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker:
* once a second if Selecta is disabled.
* twice in 1.5s if Selecta is enabled.
* three times in 2s if Selecta is enabled with Tx_Change.
The setting will increment or wrap each time the procedure is repeated.

LOW OFF / CENTER OFF MOTOR CONTROL (H1)

1. Connect P2 and P3 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker:
* once a second for 'center off' motor control.
* twice in 1.5s for 'low off' motor control.

LVC

1. Connect P3 and P4 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker:
* once a second if 'low voltage cutoff' is disabled (eg: for 9v PP3, Nicads, NiMHs, LiFe cells).
* twice in 1.5s if 'low voltage cutoff' is enabled (recommended for Lipo cells).

CRUISE CONTROL / FAILSAFE

1. Connect P1 and P4 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker:
* once a second if Cruise Control is disabled (4s Failsafe enabled).
* twice in 1.5s if Cruise Control is enabled.

MENU

1. Connect P2 and P4 together.
2. Switch the receiver on.
3. Remove the connection.

The led on the receiver will come on solid and flicker:
* once a second if 'Menu' is enabled (intended for Tx72/Tx74).
* twice in 1.5s if 'Menu' is disabled.

CHANGING OTHER SETTINGS:

These receivers have many other options that are described on the features page.
These are changed using a technique called 'programming': v611.
